​About Your Teacher​
​
​Erika Navarro meditated for the first time at the age of 11. After a series of spontaneous spiritual awakenings from 2015-2016, Erika dedicated herself to the path of enlightenment and expanding consciousness. Now, she has been guiding clients through meditation and energy healing practices professionally for the past 5 years. Erika is also a writer/director and a business coach for creatives and entrepreneurs.
